GNP successfully led the lessor’s tender and negotiation of a lease agreement for a 68-room hotel project currently under construction in Bulle on behalf of the hotel operator Diana Hotels Collection. The hotel will be part of the new railway station complex, which is the largest project currently underway in Fribourg, carried out by the Transports publics fribourgeois (TPF). In addition to the hotel, the complex will feature about 80 apartments as well as state-of-the art commercial and office space.

GNP is currently project managing the development of the hotel in collaboration with Diana Hotels Collection, the future hotel operator and TPF.
