Involved since the very beginning of the project, GNP was initially commissioned to conduct a detailed market and financial feasibility study, which confirmed the opportunity to develop a Resort-type hotel in this strategic ski-in/ski-out location.
After approaching various international hotel operators, GNP identified the potential to create additional value for the owner by applying its expertise of the Swiss market and operating the hotel under vacant possession.
The construction of the project is well underway, and GNP is actively involved in the hotel's project management and in setting up the operations for the opening of Eringer Hotel in December 2021.
