Romain joined GoodNight Partners as a Trainee Analyst in August 2025. Currently pursuing a Bachelor in International Hospitality Management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, he brings a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in hospitality real estate.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Romain is eager to learn all aspects of hospitality real estate, from development and investment to strategic advisory and asset management.
As a ski instructor, he has developed strong leadership, adaptability, stress and management skills, which contribute to supporting the team and enhancing project outcomes.
