Deliverables

GNP is mandated to assist the owner in developing and implementing a unique and innovative concept in Switzerland for the student residence of the Quartier de l’Étang. GNP has developed a wide range of offers and services specially designed to cater to the needs of students and young professionals. GNP is currently project managing the development of the student residence and will be responsible for setting up and managing the operating company once the residence is delivered.

GNP will remain actively involved in the project as the property’s Asset Manager on behalf of the owner.
