GNP produced a detailed pre-acquisition due diligence and sucessfully assisted the owner in acquiring the project and negotiated the hotel management agreement with an international brandon his behalf.

GNP is currently taking a proactive role in the project management to ensure the operator's requirements are all incorporated and will become the hotel's designated asset manager upon delivery of the asset.
