GNP led the negotiation and managed the acquisition of an independently run hotel (with a fixed lease) located minutes away from Geneva’s old town and main business districts on behalf of a third party investor.

GNP carefully managed the due diligence process and ensured a smooth process and as little disruption as possible on the hotel’s day to day operations.

Following the transaction, GNP remains involved as the property’s asset manager.
