Deliverables
GNP coordinated the sale and management-back with Accor Hotels on behalf of the owner. A detailed study of the hotel's physical condition and refurbishment requirements resulted in the creation of different Capex scenarios. A CHF +2.2M Capex plan was then implemented. GNP monitored the hotel's refurbishment while continuously actively asset managing the property. GNP also coordinated the hotel's flag change.
