GNP managed the transaction of the real estate. The purchasor took over the lease agreement which was in place with the tenant who operates the hotel under a management agreement with Accor Hotels. GNP asset manages the property on behalf of the owner, ensuring rent is paid in a timely manner and envelope of the building is maintained as per the lease agreement.
