GNP successfully assisted the developer in the negotiation of a lease agreement for a 120-room hotel project currently under development located in the Lausanne area as part of a new neighborhood comprising a senior residence, student housing and commercial elements.
The hotel will be built in line with the specifications of the brand, which is a 2 star budget brand.
GNP also verified the feasibility of the business plan presented by Deutsche Hospitality in order to ensure the viability of the lease proposal.
